Gold and silver prices shown on this site are sourced from a public spot-price feed and are for informational purposes only — they are not Market Maniac’s own execution pricing and may differ from prices available through any broker or platform. Macro and Fed data is sourced from the Federal Reserve’s public FRED database. Where a page explicitly shows sample or illustrative data (such as example calendar or analytics layouts), that data does not represent any real member’s trading history.
4. Membership
Access to member-only features, including the member dashboard, private journal, calendar, and analytics, requires an active Market Maniac Community membership verified by the email associated with your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. Your account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your trading journal and related data remain yours, as described in our Trust & Privacy page and Privacy Policy — we do not publish or sell your individual records.
6. Acceptable use
